It is often associated with beings like the Living Tribunal, who bear the responsibility of maintaining balance across dimensions. In Loki on Disney Plus, they delve deep into this part of the story. You have timekeepers, and they are responsible for ensuring order access to everything. In Loki I learned how truly small the Universe up until that point was.
