In fact, in the last 35 years, there have only been two standalone live-action movies. This low number of movies is crazy to consider since Superman is the hero who spearheads the DC universe.

At 22 years old, he is too young. Jacob Elordi is the one that most fans agree is the right choice. He starred in a few Netflix movies but became a fan favorite after his performance in Euphoria. Again, these are just fan favorites.
