In the original Japanese language, one of the characters, Lucoa, wears a revealing tank top. When asked why she changed her tank top to a hoodie, Lucoa responded, “Everybody was always saying things to me, so I tried toning down the exposure. What do you think?”, and the reply from the other character is “Next time try changing your body instead“. This is a joke about how even the hoodie can’t hide her huge boobs.

Jamie Marchi changed the English dub to Locoa, saying, “Oh, those pesky patriarchal societal demands were getting on my nerves, so I changed clothes,” the response was, “Give it a week; they’ll be begging you to change back.” This was a very aggressive change, and people did not like it.
